Should My Friend Join This Site?

So yeah, my bestest bud (I know bestest isn't a real word btw)Uriel has had like...the worst life I could imagine...and I just think that he needs to meet
other people, you know?
but I don't think he'll ever let it go if I ever say how his father had ....oh my there I go. Well anyway, so I'm like his only friend too...so should he join this site? When i'm not around, he's with his boyfriend who's kinda ...(yes he's gay) rude and arrogent to him but -rolls eyes- they're SOOO ''in love''...
and when we're both not around he's all by himself. He's 16 and I try and be there for him the best I can...i just think, if he's so afraid of people, maybe he can make some friends on here first before he takes a giant leap to making friends in school (finally).

Why not?
