I am planning to workout at home in the evening ,

I can do
Warmup
Pushups
Squats
Crunches

I will do start it very soon

I hope you do start soon. Moreover, I hope you will be consistent. That's what matters more. All the best.

You might consider including jumping jacks too. 50-100 should be fine.

and yeah, like sanal said, consistency is key.

Good luck on your fitness journey my friend.

Good for you! One doesn't need a gym in order to work out. I avoid people so I always work out at home which includes running in place, various squats, kicks, stretching, boxing, and push ups. I used to do curls but I just sort of stopped doing that. I think I will add those back in though.

Yes, good idea. Good on you. There's a small workout room at the community where I live...I go in there after work when there's no one in there.

Thanks for the reply everyone .
I am still busy planning the time to work out .

I have a crappy work until 6 in the evening. i come back home at 6.30 .
After that i eat and rest a bit .

So planning the workout after 9 .

Right now i am resting in the sofa behind the computer .

Let me see if i will have any energy to workout by 9 .

If you don't have time, you could try 5-minute increments. Or break the work out into pieces. Have a few minutes? Do jumping jacks. A few more minutes an hour later? Push ups. And so on. Sometimes it's easier to find a few minutes, rather than a larger chunk of time. It will also help you have more energy throughout the day.

I am still confused , i worked out for few days and lost interest
I don't know if i should restart this whole process ...

My brain is going through an overload most of the time these days because i am learning the SAP ERP software .
I attend its classes on sunday

Yeah, it's one of those things that requires a great of deal of effort in it's early days to get into a routine to stay consistent in the long run. Once you start seeing and feeling results, you'll definitely feel like it's worth it though

Few days ago i read an article that says it takes at least 3 months of proper workouts to see muscle gain .
I think that is the amount of time it takes to build new muscles .
I have diabetes ,
I can think of working out to reduce my blood sugar levels
Until 3 hours ago , i was really busy trying to connect the things i was learning for SAP accounting .

I do not have a good mindset to workout under these covid 19 conditions .
I am from india , age 35 and i still have not received even my first dose of the covid 19 vaccine

I've read you should do smth during the three weeks to get used to it. So the hardest time is this three weeks.
What exercises are you doing? If it's good for your health you'd better not give up.
May be if you write here when you do you can get some support and it should be easier.
I also need to do some exercises but have low motivation, so if you like we can make a kind of a challenge. May be someone else also would join.

Thanks for the reply 4No1 ,

Right now i spent my time working and studying accounting and sap in the evening .

So finding a bit of energetic time for working out is hard .

I wish my accounting course was soon over .

Its nice to set a goal and workout with someone .

I will try to find some time soon

Let me see if i can start working out at 9 Pm or 10 Pm in the evening .

I will let you know if i start .

The Pushups , Squats and Crunches are not that boring to do

4No1,

I simply cant find enough time to work out after work and studying .
Instead i had an idea .
