I'm thinking at this point.. my self-esteem is at it's lowest point.
My father is.. disgusted by me.. I can't even stand thinking about it.

I didn't neccessarily ruin father's day.. Feels like I did.. I had a lot planned for him, and It kind of got shattered because I'm a coward and am afraid to speak to him.

My main reason for being like that is because I used to open up a lot, and everytime I did the people who heard what I said only had rude things to say. And I'd get so frustrated it was overwhelming, I never really knew what to say to those bastards, lol.
