I've talked to a few people from the site who share my feelings/experiences/current health status,and they've offered a lot of helpful tips and a little motivation.

I'm not 100%,but I'm taking small steps to make myself feel better.

I've recenty started journaling my food intake,so I'm fully aware of what I'm eating. I'm also making myself aware of whether I'm eating because I'm hungry,or if I'm eating because I'm bored,or it's within eyeshot,or out of sadness.

I've also decided to start making changes because I'm experiencing a few diabetic complications that come and go (mostly neuropathy),and my doctor is pretty close to putting me on insulin,which I don't want to happen.

So,thank you to those of you who I've spoken to within the last few days. I appreciate you. Especially Exstra and Danielle. :D
