I thought about something...and binge ate. Yeah,more emotinal eating.
I have the will and want to move forward with my dietary plan...but I fell off the wagon.
My emotions got the best of me.

I'm nauseous and mad at myself now.
 
Aw, hon. Don't give in to the self-loathing. It'll put you into what I call the Brownie Shame Spiral. :(

I was an active bulimic when I was younger and although I have gotten a handle of the more destructive practices, I still struggle daily with the emotional eating aspect of it. (((dreamer8)))
 
you were just on beginners luck...

now comes the real challenge.

you going to keep trying, or give up ?
