Here is the thing, I'm in mid 20's and in retirement cause of my health, and I have issues with fulfilling my day. So if anyone has idea what should I do during the day, feel free to write it here. Tnx in advanced.

I practice ukulele , play video games, listen to music / watch movies and I read stuff on internet. Those 4 are my activities during the day. And ofc usual, I cook for myself.

Spoiler alert. I live in small village - lonely place , I need to avoid physical activity cause of my broken body, and it needs to be as cheap as possible. :D

You may want to check out some of the several websites that just list and describe hobbies. A few of them have sections for more frugal pursuits. Something may catch your eye!

what do you read about watch videos about? there is so many topics you could cover with just those 2 things alone.

I watch video game guides for game which I play, I watch some product designs cause I'm into design of some sort. I can't make business out of it sadly, but it's been always my side interests. Basically I analyze the way other people designed that product and I try to reverse - engeneer it in some way. :D If this makes any sense to you.

Hmmm. I was going to suggest getting into Lego/model building, but that can be expensive. There’s so many hobbies and things you could do that aren’t overly physical, but I guess it ultimately depends on your individual interests. Anyhow, here’s a list of activities off the top of my head:

Woodworking/wood carving - might be able to get some cheap tools for this through secondhand stores in they exist in your area?
Leatherworking - just getting into this myself, the needed items can be had fairly cheaply.
Metalwork
Photography
Graphic design, photo manipulation
Video game design/coding
Sewing
Learn another instrument

This 3 bold I'm fine with, tnx.

Others , I can't do cause of different reasons , I'm just kinda too lazy to write them all.

Have you tried experimenting with hard drugs, drinking so much alcohol you can't remember you're name or chasing loose women? ;)

*Disclaimer don't do it kids it never ends well.

I don't know if this will appeal to you, but I have spent hours just looking at the art from games. Some of it is truly breathtaking and there are many sites you can visit, or even just find the art by doing an image search. Okay, so it's not like a painting with a brush and canvas, but I still admire the talent and dedication it takes to complete one of these pieces. Maybe you will too! (The one I am posting was not created by me; I just wanted to provide an example).

How long have you been playing the Uke man? I've teaching myself how to play the sitar at the moment it's an awesome instrument, sounds incredible.

I started month and half ago , I also have hand-nerves issue so it takes me longer then usuall to learn instrument cause of nerves defect also.

I might buy digital synthisizer / synth if I find it cheap ......

I'm into making ambiental music , but that for sure is expencive as hell. :D I only have like normal cheap acoustic ukulele for 60$.

Yeah, making any kind of music has become very expensive now and is beyond most peoples means.

That's why the charts are full of middle class kids making music financed by their parents, the days of bands made up of poor working class kids exploding onto the scene and changing the world may well and truly be over.

I would kinda dissagree with that last part. Anyone can be bedroom musician nowadays and post stuff on YouTube ..... You don't need label / discography music house deals anymore. :D

To be fair, I should point out that I am referring to mainstream rock and pop. Grime, hip-hop and dubstep are still rooted in an urban milieu of zero hour contracts and pound shops. It has been suggested that as much of 60 per cent of the pop charts of recent years has been occupied by privately educated musicians but this seems highly debatable.

What is unarguable is that a curious gentrification of pop culture is ongoing and the average pop star is a different person from the one who dominated this world just 20 years ago. It is revealing that Joe Strummer took great pains to hide his diplomat father and prep-school days from the press and that Jim Morrison claimed his parents were dead rather than admit that Daddy was, in fact, an admiral.

The current economic climate is returning the practice of art to what it was 300 years ago, a rich fellow’s diversion, a pleasant recreation for those who can afford it, rather than the cultural imperative it should be.

Hand in hand with the fading profile of the working classes in pop culture has come an increased worship of wealth. Capitalism porn saturates our TV schedules. Shows such as The Apprentice, Dragons’ Den and the ubiquitous talent contests explicitly reject collectivity, preferring to celebrate rampant individualism and the acquisition of wealth and fame above all else. The heady mood of freedom, change and equality that characterised pop culture in the 1960s now seems as remote and naïve as the spirit of 1945.

Sorry I don't want to hijack your thread, I'll stop ranting now.
