Dealing with the **** banks is a nightmare almost every time. All kinds of problems. Went through all the steps via online. Didn't work. It just say, ooops ran into a problem. Grrrrrrrr!!!!!! I finally get through to customer service and the sound keeps breaking up. So she transfers me all the way back to the beginning menu. *****! Then it automatically hangs up on me. Fing ********!!!!!!!!!!If banks were a person I would totally kick their ass several times a month! They've caused me soooo much frustration and problems other the years.
