How to opt-out and not see the ads

Good day.
You may opt out of seeing the ads if you are logged in.

1. Look to the upper right and find your member name and click on it.
2. That will open the User Control Panel , then go down to Preferences and click on it.

Once you click on Preferences, it will open and about 1/3 down the page is Disable Advertising.

Remember to SAVE when done. Now while you are logged in you will not see the advertisements.

I just used the "Block Element" feature on Adblock Plus for Chrome, but that works too!
