I did and I still am. It's only realistic to expect a relapse when your first starting out.
So I was clean for a day. Usually I do it everyday. But being clean for just one day is a sign of progress. Next thing you know I'll be clean for two days before I relapse and then three and four and so on until I reach thirty and oh man after I reach thirty days of NoFap I'm gonna intentionally Fap and cum buckets 😆.

Hey, if you were born a guy you'd have this problem too lol.

Well... not really, but there is a good chance that you might.

Well, don't be too hard on yourself, pun intended. Ha! ha!

3. There's no "normal" amount of masturbation.

Guys can get hung up on whether they masturbate too much. But it's not how many times you masturbate in a week (or day) that really matters, says Logan Levkoff, PhD, a sexologist and sex educator. It's how it fits into your life.

If you masturbate many times a day and have a healthy, satisfying life, good for you. But if you masturbate many times a day and you're missing work or giving up on sex with your partner because of it, consider seeing a sex therapist.

If I had a penny for every "porn" thread on here.... I'd be rivaling the rockefeller & rothchilds coin...

Randomo factoid: J.D. Rockefeller used to own a vacation home in my city. It's now a city-protected historical site, and has been used as a number of different things throughout the years, most notably an all-girls private school. I could walk there, actually, in like 40 minutes. 🤷‍♂️

Even I can admit that it's a beautiful traditional countryside luxury. It's a medium-sized home: Bigger than standard suburban homes here, but not to the size of a commercial building of any kind. Which is funny, because it's sort of sandwiched by commercial buildings on its other sides. It's been renovated for both repairs and for code enforcement updates several times.

A couple years ago all of the foundational plumbing was changed.
In retrospect I kind of wish I'd met the plumbers and construction workers who worked on that.
I gotta know how many of them were thinking when pulling these pipes out of the ground:
"J.D. Rockefeller took a honeysuckle here."

😂
