I have decided to become a vegetarian because i want to lose my weight too ,
I weigh 80 kilograms last time i weighed .

I am hoping to bring it down to 75 kg .

I am very happy with my diet for the last 1 week .

A good light breakfast , Rice only for lunch , Wheat chappathis in the evening , Cucumber , Oats and Milk at night .

I have been eating like that for the past 1 week .

I really love fish more than meat , so i don't find it difficult to avoid meat
