I did not know where it was going towards , until yesterday ...

So right now , i call it depression .

My life is going to suck even more in the future .

So right now , i have to think positive

It's hard to be positive in the face of adversity. But if you can manage that, it in itself is a positive statement about you. Depression feeds depression. It's like the late fee on an overdue bill. You cannot afford to pay the bill so they charge you more. You have to stay ahead of both or they will bury you.

Consult a therapist if you feel more depressed. Medication may be useful in the first stages of depression, but spravato treatment is usually beneficial if depression is severe.
