I read all the posts in the thread, so unless there's others relevant to this elsewhere I think I can comment. You've taken it upon yourself to tell someone they need to change if they aren't willing to date a trans person (even the OP doesn't believe this), essentially blundering into and taking a position on a issue based on who you'd like to yell at the most.

I don't think she was saying this, to be fair.

Just so we're clear, it's not bigotry to prefer cisgendered partners. Jen was more on the offensive concerning how that preference was expressed.

You can prefer cis partners without making trans people feel like they are "less than."
