If you're on a computer....at the top of the reply box, the icon to the left of the smiley face will let you post images and memes. You can use images on your computer or go by URL.

If you're on a phone....I don't know, half the time I can't get that to work either.

Yeah, I have the image, but when I click it, it doesn't work half the time. But yes, that's the icon.
