Yesterday, while in the doctor's waiting room, I began to experience a panic attack, hyperventilating, trembling, confusion. Almost sobbing. So I left the office, without notifying staff, before my name was called, and contacted my psychiatrist.
Exhausted trom not having slept, and being in pain, I made my way home, where eventually, I'm guessing around 7pm I finally fell into a deep sleep, only to wake up at 2:30amto discover I had lost my glassed, somewhere. Luckily, I have spares, but was squirreling around blind, like Mr Magoo, for twenty minutes before I found them
Now I'm in limbo at 4:40am. Lost and lonely in the darkness. Waiting for an excuse to get moving.
Two of my sisters who live together have invited me over later for meatloaf, which sounds good, but I am afraid, because half of my family is currently in lockdown with COVID.
