Hi All. Im new and having sad life. My first attempt to let it out. Im hoping to talk and get some insights with similar situations.

The easiest way to let it out is to talk to people you will never meet. If you are lucky enough to find those that genuinely care about your issues it helps bushels. Of course, you'll have to expose yourself for them to find you. That can be scary.
