Just meaning that today you wake up without any health issues whatsoever. Not meaning that you can’t get some in future. You just have a clean health slate as of today.

Oh, well, I don't really have too many health issues and those I have I can handle....though it would be nice to get rid of the carpal tunnel.....so I guess I'll take the money.

I’ll take health because I assume that includes mental health. You can’t really put a price on that. Money is nice but I don’t need much to be happy.
