Panic Attacks

Hello Everyone. I am facing a major crisis in my life. On the weekend I experience major panics attacks over the feelings of extreme loneliness. I also get a lot of racing thoughts
and end up going on massive eating binges that make me sick. When I have such a bad weekend, it has a bad effect on my ability to perform at work. If I don't get relief from
the extreme loneliness on the weekend, I am going to end up homeless.

I'd recommend the book, "Hope and Help for Your Nerves," by Dr. Claire Weekes, for the panic attacks at least..
