All that lies within

I'm lonely...
I'm scared of everything that was told me.
I'm scared of the wind
and all that lies within.

I'm cold to the touch
and I've had far to much.
I'm tired of these days,
constantly fighting for my life.

It's never fine here anymore.
It's not so easy as it used to be
and I never sleep anymore.
I have no future that I see:

My nails are broken,
they have been growing for so long now.

My legs are burning,
I have been walking all my life.

My hair is missing,
yet, flowing once upon a time.

My eyes are itching,
they're sore and grisly to the observer.

My name is lacking,
It's my fathers, yet we're nothing alike.

My time is coming.
I am dead, yet somehow alive.

I'm lonely...
I'm scared of everything that was told me.
I'm scared of the wind
and all that lies within.

Spring

Where do you find Spring, when the spring is not due?
When the Autums whispering guile won't do.
And the echoes of winter are heard more and more
as a beating heart or a knocking door.

Where can you find birds that still wish to sing?
With the hope and the promise that they bring.
Within a storm that has been brewing ever since
the lashing winds made the oak tree wince.

Where do you find hope, inbetween the blackberry and the sky?
As the days grow shorter, and the apples become pies.
And the rising of smoke from ole chimney stacks,
bring childhood memorys flooding back.

Where can you feel the sun, when she is hiding from plain sight?
As the colours fade from green to grey.
And the days grow shorter from morning till night.
When jack frost comes out to play.

Where do you find spring, when spring is not due?
When this fall and darkness will never do.
And the echoes from the begining were fresh and new.
Where can you find hope, when the last birds have flew?

-

On the tales of winter is where I do see
some hope to be taken for you and me.
Of a new spring better than the very first.
In our hearts it will wait, untill the Tulips burst.

I find spring in me and you, untill she blooms a new.
Untill the grass is lush with deep green.
And the young birds begin to sing
there song from the morning.

Desert wanderer

a barren desert is my haunt
away from those that bite and taunt
stretching on and on this thirsty ground
where loves touch is rarely found

have I stayed too long I always ask
of shadows and cracks upon deaths mask
days of light and warmth are gone
only the cold night has prevailed and won

across the mesas of endless space
I see glimmers and sparks of hopes embrace
like lonely mirages from rising haze
faint voices and smiles in friendships maze

but I run and push through this stifling thirst
because I find people to be the worst
looking scheming judging prey
I long for them to just go away

am I here by choice or chain or fate
and at this hour may it be too late?
time will tell if this heart of stone
will linger here and stay alone

Roses are red.
Poopie smells funny.
But the guy that cleans the tank,
They say he is dipping honey.
