Have had that disc laying around for quite a while, just haven't gotten around to watching it yet.
My impression is that it may be closer to a satirized political version of "The Most Dangerous Game" than the NWO belief that the elites have decided to eliminate 90% of the population because they no longer need them.

No longer an option in certain territories so looks like we'll have to start killing 'em, how about you can have a million quid at 21 years of age and we kill you at 30?

Check out the Film "Logan's Run" its literally about a society where everyone is killed once they turn 30. The main character is this government enforcement agent who kills people who try to avoid this, but then for some reason the date when he is going to be executed is brought forward from the age of 30 so he tries to "Run" to escape dying and the government agents are chasing him down. It won the oscar at the time for best special effects, even though the effects are cheesy I still prefer them to some of the CGI.
