@randomguy got the answer, it is in fact a statement of fact and not a question. I thought after I wrote it maybe I shouldn't have put the question mark. It was told to me verbally and I've only told it to people verbally in the past. But this is the answer.

What contains W+h+a+t which is four letters
The word sometimes contains nine letters
The word never contains five letters.

It was something I found clever so I thought I would share it here with everybody.
