Man that's tough, both are bad. I guess angry, because at least I wouldn't be lonely if it's one or the other - though if I'm too angry too often, I could see myself becoming lonely, as a result. Which would then make me angry. It's a vicious cycle.

I think I have a better chance of solving "angry". Unless it's something really bad, it usually goes away on its own eventually. Usually it goes away when I just get too tired to be angry, and then I either distract myself with a walk, or I sleep it off.

Wake up early and get a jump on the day, or sleep in late and hang out deep into the night?
