????????????????????????

o_o i dont understand what is upsetting you chris

Lmao....progress dude, progress.
So...you're learning to meditate..eh ?
Seat still, observe the thoughts in your head go by...let them go.

Notice...Thoughts > emotions> reaction/action.
Eventually the thoughts will run out.
Eventually you'll be in the moment.
Notice the peace and serenity of being in the moment...no troubles nor worries.
Ignorant is Blizt...when you're in the moment..you're ignoring your negative mind talk...lol

Notice your inner idalog with yourself. All the negative mind talk
that drives your neagtive attitude and emotions that makes you
feel like crap....
They are meaningless...they only have value to them as you assigned
them.
You have a chioce/freewill. Clean out the old negative mind talk with positive
mind talk. Happiness is an inside job.

Your inner/critical vioce is neutural...accept it. It's a part of you. Use it as
your allied not against you. Simply replace the phrasing with "I can't" to "I can."
Replace the negative phrasing to positive phrasing.

It's not that complicated dude...just replace old software with
new software. Some poeple term it REPARENTING/REPROGRAMING.
Practice doing it 5-10 mins per day....make the time and do it.
You can even do this while your stading in line at a store or on a bus ride...anywhere.

oki doki...now get your ass to the mall and watch the babes
make thier last minute christmas shoping mad rush go by :p
Obsorb in all the beauty that surrounds you, be in the moment.

Think about what Linda says to Willie Lowman in "Death of a Salesman"... life is a casting away. Even though Miller was a strong Marxist and wrote the play to show the evils of captalist society, this quote isn't necessarily constricted to economic commentary. Life can be about just making it through day by day, only to see what you achieve be forgotten. Sometimes you just watch the days go by.

However, if you really want to live life to the fullest, and appreciate each day as a gift and one of a very finite number of times to experience life, try to do something interesting with it. Use it wisely, touch someone if you can, and think about what will happen when you're gone. If you're held accountable for the way in which you lived your life, will the things you've done/not done look favorably for you?

yep

every day, month, year, decade may be passing you by in a blur or the same old thing

be careful tho, one of these days will be your last

try to make every one count

do something to make someone else a little happier for knowing you each day if you can

thats what i attempt to do anyway

cheers
Gavin
