Actually completing a job, rather than my usual habit of getting bored or disillusioned midway through and leaving it unfinished.

Free Expression (positive type) through any outlet be it Art, Music, Writing, Dance, Speech etc. I love to see others creative nature it motivates me to express my own.

Meditation knowing how to be at piece in my mind for set periods of time it centers my chaotic mind and body.

Completing a large bullet list of tasks and responsibilities in a timely and organized (although often rather chaotic) manner. I do actually have a plaque near my computer that says "Chaos Coordinator."

Seriously though, that's just what does it for me.
I set the pins up, just so I can knock them down.
And then I set them up again.
And then I knock them down again.

And this process repeats until I eventually get bored and decide to go do something else for a while. I think in abstract conceptualization, so thankfully I'm blessed with the ability to be easily and cheaply entertained.

I think a young, beautiful, honest to goodness girlfriend (with no ulterior motives like money) genuinely wanting to be with me might.
But that almost certainly does not exist for me.

I had a good dinner though.

When a perfectly prepared meal is matched only by the perfection of it's deliciousness and the quiet satisfaction that follows, combined with the calmness and serenity of no unpleasant interruptions.

Being confident and knowing that I said the right thing, at the right time, at the right place, to the right person or people.
