We're not going to make that timeline. Humanity is way too complicated and divided to get their honeysuckle together for another 400 at least. Until we also invent replicators and basic food concerns are still a priority, there won't be a Starfleet.

Automate all work so humans are free to pursue what we're really interested in with our lives,
and make life about something more than Darwinian competition, but instead where the individual is truly free to make their lives about whatever they want to make it about, as long as it isn't harmful.

Not only is Darwinian competition stressful, cold, cruel, and miserable, but it's also BORING.
I wish we could make life about something else.

Isn't curious the first thing A.I. is doing right now is art? The very first thing we humans wanted to do instead of working dull jobs? Gotta love the human thought process.
