The heart symbol is basically a downward pointing arrow. It's stating that love will drag your ass down!

It doesn't look like that atall when that Barbarian kick ass warrior lady digs it out of the Roman and holds it up aloft,its sort of brown and dripping all over the shop.At least she didn't use her super strong finger nails like the other series and take a bite out of it.

Anatomical hearts are kind of knot-shaped.
There's no simple way to really draw that, so I think the drawing of it is supposed to be a silhouette of vague similarity for simplicity's sake.
