I DO want to stay single for that one person, and thoughts that she might be with someone else does bother me. But it feels right. And even if that person isn't want I expected when we meet, it won't matter. If they're the right person, we'll work hard to make things work. Somehow :)

Remember the time I spent with someone very special to me over a year ago. I wish I could spend time with them again. We haven't talked in a long time, but I still care about them, even after all this time apart.

I don't think being an only child makes a person dysfunctional, although I'm not exactly a proper example of that. But I think all the challenges you mentioned are prone to everyone, not only only children.
