You’ve probably all heard the saying, you are what you eat. Not literally of course, but it probably makes more sense to say that if you eat poorly, you’ll feel poorly.
I’m a big believer in eating sensibly. Sure I’ve eaten plenty of rubbish in my life and I guess looking back I can definitely say it played a role in the way I felt. On occasion I will still eat something I probably shouldn’t, but as long as you don’t over indulge you shouldn’t get too much negative effects.
Anyway, today I was listening to this podcast today and it covered some very eye opening things about our dietary intake which could benefit some members on this forum.
I eat a lot of vegetables and fruits, nuts when I remember, wholemeal bread and fermented vegetables like sauerkraut, but I’m not a vegan or vegetarian. I do drink alcohol in small amounts and not every day, but sometimes when I go camping I will drink a bit more.
How is your diet? Could it be better? Please listen to the podcast. It just might change your life.
