I had back problems for ages, mainly just stopped exercising because i had this disc bulge that caused a lot of problems.

I eventually hired a personal trainer and voila, I am gaining strength so quickly.

- chest pressing 8 to 10 kgs on a swiss ball
-dead lift 26 kgs
-bent over row of 20 kgs total
-lat pull 6kgs and side pulls of about the same.

Give it another couple more weeks I will be able to go back to long distance running even... I haven't been able to run or do vigorous activity for years...

HURRAH

And, and one of my clients commented that I was looking particularly 'toned' . Quietly winning!

I am becoming quite a gym rat. Possibly one of the best choices I've made.
 
Congrats! I'm happy for you. I can only imagine how great you're going to feel once you can run. Keep it up
 
Yey! Good for you. It sets body and mind free. Me I just began four weeks ago, feel great!
