Hello guys, It had been like 53 hours without food when I decided to stop not eating. I couldn't fight the hunger man ! I was soooo hungry.

I went to the supermarket IMMEDIATELY and bought some bad stuff and ate like a swine. Pizzas and cheese and all...

I thought I could stop eating till I'd die but... I couldn't...


I feel guilty...

They will stop. But it would be wise if you began to help yourself with this. If you feel the need to drink, only drink one or two. But try not to drink at all.

You don't acknowledge the advice and sometimes traumatic personal circumstances others have taken the time to provide. Rude.

Your situation is no worse that most people's; stuck in the late 20's, getting old with no group of friends or partner. That describes half the site membership, many of whom are quite a bit older.
