Isn't that strange?

[A new life]

I haven't felt lonely in about a month now.
Why?
'Cause I've been sick as a D-A-W-G (lingering rotten stinkin' flu or pneumonia)
Wouldn't you think that to be sick and alone
would make a person feel even lonelier?
With me it's been just the opposite.
I haven't cared that I have no one special.
I haven't cared that the people at work act like I'm invisible.

Isn't that strange?

Its probably because youre sick, youre not worried about being alone for the time being, when your own well being is on the line, youre only thinking about staying healthy
