List the most useless power or lame/weird super hero/heroine name.

Oh my god where do I start? LOL Off the top of my head;

Vibe - DC Comics. He was lame, he can create small tremors with his hands.

The Wonder Twins, Zan and Jayna - DC Comic. Jayna could turn into animals, Zan could turn into water elements. To use their powers they had to make contact with each other. Then there was their useless sidekick monkey.

Godiva - DC Comics. Her superpower is her hair which she can control.

Dazzler - Marvel Comics. She could generate sound into light. In my opinion Jubilee is just as lame as Dazzler.

Speedball - Marvel Comics. I'm not even sure what his powers are, but his appearance alone is just lame.

Are we supposed to list ones that already exist or make some up? "Whose Line is it Anyway?" had some amazingly hilarious and terrible ones they made up in their skits.
