What is Open Mesh?

Like the title says, what is Open Mesh?

Im not positive but i think its just a cloud based wireless. This video explains it somewhat

It is basically a hardware that helps you to coverage an area with a WIFI network. you place the hardware on a certain spot and it will maintain a strong signal through out the area you choose, depending on how big an area you want. You can also divide the WIFI network into enclosures for certain people I think.

It is mainly for businesses and people who have large houses. You can let other people access your network but it is optional, not required.
