    Suggestion for Health and Fitness

    Don't know where I'd be w/o a gym.  It doesn't completely solve the "L" problem, but it certainly does help.  Wish I could get there nights, specifically Friday & Saturdays, because that is when I'm at my worst.  Although, the woman I'm lonely for works there; so I'm not sure.

    I've been feeling very lonely lately

    I've had the lack of enjoyment lately, and it seems as if there isn't an end to it. Just one relentless day after another. It's not very fun because what is the point of life if all the fun is sucked from it? I just barely manage to get from day to day.

    Feeling lonely

    I really identify with the feeling that everyone around me is busy living his or her life and can't or won't bother with me.  I'm not able to work for a living because my disability makes it hard.  So my life has been pretty much stagnant since graduating from college and I'm just waiting around...

    My Primary Care nurse suggested I take melatonin right before bedtime to help with insomnia, and it works wonders. I get it over-the-counter, and its usually shelved with supplements. I turned my mom onto it, and it works wonders for her, too.
