hahahaha I personally don't believe in destiny. So if a relationship doesn't work out, I either ask myself if it's not too late to fix it or it is. If it's hopeless, then I try to know what went wrong and change myself for the better so that I could move on to the next one and make that work...

Have you tried viewing it as just hanging out with a potential friend and not with a potential girlfriend? It might take away some of the pressure.
