Attachment from own computer?

Is it possible in this forum? How it works and does it put computer danger? Is it possible to steal pics or something?

How it shows in the forum and does it shows file/computer owner names and stuff?

Graphics can be attached by using the "New attachment" box that you see after pressing the "New reply" or "New thread" buttons.

If they are attached in that manner then they will show as a list at the bottom of your post, like this [below].

If you want the graphic to be viewable within the post then you would do it as explained in this thread.

With both methods, yes it is possible to steal the pics.

No it does not show the computer owners name unless they used their name as the file name for the picture as in myname.jpg. Also if privacy is a concern then then it is better to not link to a picture that is stored on your facebook page, family website or any other place along that line because it is usually pretty easy to follow the links back.
