A tear from her eye
They danced,
All alone under the ill skies
After dark,
Beneath the sorrowful moon
His name was Death
The radiance shone
Fooled by good looks
and wicked under makeup
The temptation
Oh, the temptation
Clad in fading grey
The grass hugged her
Soiled that white dress
To run from it all
To make it go away
Disappear from memory,
She thought
Nothing could make her stay
Meaningless words
Till death do us part
To die is the answer,
