Hey guys, I'm new here. I basically lost all my communities and friends, and can't connect with anyone anymore.
What exactly I'm hoping to get from here, I'm not so sure I guess I've really lost hope if I'm signing up to a place like this.

Not at all. I've been a part of forums like this since the 80s. I've met some wonderful people. I have relationships with many that have surpassed the confines of the screen and we've been friends for a decade or more.

Think of it like a massive mixer with people from all over the world. You aren't funneled into that small group at Skippy's Pub on the corner. You could meet anyone here.

Welcome. The more you post the more likely you are to find friends. In the very least you'll likely learn a few things.
