How do you find a release?

My girlfriend is so not into intimacy and hence has no sex drive AT ALL. If anyone has any ideas (please be constructive) about how I can
1 - Promote her feelings to the point that she feels she can be intimate
2 - Make myself not feel so low & rejected
3 - deal with my own desires & drives (again.. constructive please)

How are you handling with the kids? Its possible that the stress of it all might be taking away from the intimacy. And what's her age?

She's 36. We have 3 kids under 6 living with us, but i pretty much do all the care when i am not at work. I'd like to think that is it but I do all the cooking, cleaning, laundry, bathing, night reads - she really doesnt have a lot to do except...mmmm

It seems like your relationship may have more significant issues than intimacy concerns, not to mention the sheer energy that both of you have to expend on care at your age and her age could be significant issue. I have basically no experience with women above thirty so I cannot advise.
