In the middle of the night, the moon dances with a star.
The most beautiful one, its light radiating from afar
at each other looking, their whole beings intertwinning
and while they are inmersed in such beautiful dancing
cannot keep themselves from looking
at a far away kingdom, with plenty of life booming
where there is light, but it is not truly shining.
A lie? they say, for it is likely a plan
of that strange being known as man.
We know, they say, the truth of below
but is their light aware it only exists for now?
Skies now cloudy, the kingdom they cannot see
and ask the heaven to cry, until the clouds are dry.
Had thought and written this the night before
new year, while I was looking at the night sky
but just had the time to translate it now [native language spanish]
so...enjoy
does not make much sense, but I like how it turned out
