Why do I feel Lonely when I'm surrounded

Sometimes you can be alone even when you are surrounded by people - that's me ! I am surrounded by people but feel
so lonely - I'm a people person and always attract people to me - but get no interaction from the person I want it from - my wife - talk about work and she'll talk al night !! so bored
