I know it's bad... I don't write often...
_____________________________________________________________

God, if I needed any one's help, now would be the time
Only, I sit here alone, with nobody to help me
Over and over in my head, the past four years replay
Despair encompasses all of it

But the good times with you made it all worth it
You saved my life
Everything is gone now however, and all I can say is...
_____________________________________________________________

Hands on the floor and feet in the air
Everything is opposite the norm
Why am I still alone?
_____________________________________________________________

I am death
Despair is my cloak, it shelters me
Suffering is my scythe, it takes others away
Love destroyed my shelter, suffering destroyed my love
Now I dawn a new despair, one not so easily removed
My fragile bones covered by a heavy cloak
One so heavy I can't remove it myself
But I wander alone, slaying all with my trusty scythe

 You should write more! these are awesome <3 Especially the last one. Keep up the good work!

Relentless is your uncaring, brutal are your methods
However, doomed is your path, and blessed is mine
For I am without you, but you are also without me

Thank you for the support you guys, I'm new to writing so it means a lot. Here is one I wrote for a girl I knew as a kid and met again after 8 years just the other night.

I stood at the edge of the world. Nothing but destruction and ashes at my back. Wind whipping at my tattered and blood stained body. Looking into the deep abyss that is the end of days, I contemplated leaping to rid me of pain and suffering. Just as I was about to make my final swan dive from sadness, a faint whisper tickles my ear. It said, "Do you remember me?" Unsure but intrigued, I played along. With my eyes fixated on the abyss I said "Tell me more." The voice came closer and just as I heard that beautiful whisper, I turned to face a world I swore I would never see again. And to my surprise, as those words were spoken the world had transformed from destruction and ash to a thing of beautiful mystery and intrigue. "I'm Jamie, do you remember me?" Those were the words that forever changed my life.
