I am 22 living in New Zealand.

I am having a fair few issues at the moment and they seem to compounding as the years move by. Mainly a complete lack of self esteem, nil self confidence, and perhaps depression?

I will be posting in the sections shortly and look forward to some anonymous guidance.

22 is a challenging time and many will understand why you feel the way you do. There's a massive life ahead it just requires you to find it. Seek the advice of people on the forum. You'll be good, take heart in that you're not alone.
