So lately I've been feeling real down and I get voices inside my head saying 'oh you so stupid' 'oh shut up you so boring they aren't listening to what you say' 'you look like such an idiot' .

But then all of a sudden yesterday my mind has been creating it's own chants like 'You are good, you will not be misunderstood' Am I going mad? :club:

"Only the insane have strength enough to survive. Only the survivors determine what is sane."

No...you're not insane.
Everyone have an internal vioce. The vioce is automatic.Sometimes it's subtle like background noise.

It's not any different than hearing a song that will pop into your awearness.

The vioce are messages you heard throughout your life.

You can proactive replace the interal vioce with more positive message....
via postive dialog and positive self talk.

I made several recording of myself from a list of 100 postive things about myself.
It's have been over a year since I appied this. I got this sugestion from a book....
It gose into details of what you're asking.

I listen to it all the time. More positive messages will automatically pop into my awaerness over time.

I also practice triggering positive feelings or positive emotions.
Making gratitude list and apprications list....ect.

Things Ive learned and practive from studying law of attractions.
There's two end of the sticks...positive or negative.
When I get negative thoughts/feelings..it's just telling me to reshift my FOCUS to positive thoughts
and feelings. Postive thoughts and positive feelings = postive attitude.

Letting go or not figuring the honeysuckle out....
I learned this from the sedona methdoe.

My mental and emotional habits.
I have controll over my thoughts and feelings.
The inside job.

Several other habits I learned over the years.
Removing negative habits.

Stop compairing myself to other people.
Dont worry what other people think or say about me.

These 2 simple things effect our selfesteem in negative ways...
Competing and compairing ourselves to other people.

Are they in your own voice, someone elses, is it in your control or does your mind do it on its own? Your not mad, because you recognize a problem....You know those cartoon where there is an angel and a demon both playing tug of war with the person, thats what i think it is....but that's just my opinion. :)
