loneliness cure

i've been here before but not recently.i have a handicap and am not married.[i was once}i'm retired and live alone.my mother recently passed away and i only see my sister and her family now.my loneliness is pretty great.usually i can handle it but it's harder now.i guess i'm seeking friends.thanks
