It's been awhile since I've posted here, how's everyone doing? I've been up to my eyeballs in work for a long time now - staving off insanity while trying to get good grades. Anyway here's something I wrote a little while back when I realized that so far, the people I seem to choose for myself are pretty fickle. Hope you like it!
When you see the man, walking
The lonely road
The hands tucked in,
The gaze is low
You know that's me
You don't call out
You're cold inside
And your head falls down

I know
It ain't just me
This heart still beats
And this brain still thinks
But I know I ain't
The one you seek
The one you seek is not like me
It's like I'm radioactive
Nobody wants to touch me
That's what I have up to now... it's sort of... unfinished I guess
