This is one of the bad habits that I am actively trying to overcome.

being social requires energy and alertness that I just dont have when I waste time staying up being braindead.

well rested night means I feel better about myself
can get more honeysuckle done
and ready for any unplanned for events... like meeting new people on the run....

but I forego all that everyday just so I can go home and be braindead at night.

this equation sucks... so its gotta go.
 
Yeah. I'm making small strides at getting better sleep.

I used to be going to bed at 5:00-6:00am, and waking at 2:00-3:00pm. Recently, I was sleeping at 3:00-4:00am, waking at 12:00-1:00pm. Now, I'm going to bed at 1:30am-2:30am, waking up between 7:00-10:00am. I'm hoping to get comfortable sleeping at around 12:00-1:00am, thus being able to wake up at 6:00-7:00am for when school starts.
 
I'm just to energetic to sleep early most of the time. The only times that I have been able to sleep early for years is when I have worked or had overly important stuff to do.
