It is actually healthy to do it. Not doing it can sometimes lead to this thing called "blue ball". There are other health/scientifici/I-dont-feel-like-going-into-nerd-mode for doing so. What porn does is increase the need to do it. Without it, you may just do it like once or twice a month.
