Can we change our name a second time???

I want to change my name to "Ragian Azariah." it's the last time im requesting to change it. and it still has "Azariah" in it so it wont be confusing.

Longer answer, if we do this for one person we have to do it for everyone else. That is why we've told people for the past several years that if we change their name it is the only time it will be done.
