Keeping it basic so the menu is...

Starter
Stuffed baby sweet peppers with a sweet sauce

Mains
Red wine Lasagne with charred mixed vegetables

Dessert (not making this supermarket bought lool)
Mixed berry pie with accompaniment of choice

Well starter and dessert are vegan, not sure what to do to make the mains go with it… maybe stir-fry with seasonal vegetables.

Well, I don't really have an issue with PIE, I just don't like cooked fruit...or sugared fruit. I prefer my fruit to be raw and fresh and not messed with. lol
