Tell her to have a check-up. I'm not even joking 8p. While that might sound a bit condescending or judging, I think it's a justified request in my oppinion. For the rest, meh wouldn't be too bothered. I'm not a very judging person, someone could've ended up in prostitution for a million valid reasons. Selling your body for money isn't the end of the world.
